The 4 stars are purely for the sales rep Shane, the boys that did the install on the day and the actual solar system itself. As for the customer service at the Bundaberg Office I found Justin to be rude and unaccountable. We only noticed after the install that the panel configuration was different to the one we were quoted on. So instead of getting a portion of sun all day, we only get it till around 1pm. When shown the original quote Justin denied seeing the design and I know for a fact that he had as I had raised an issue earlier on stating that there were too many panels for what we had been approved for under our current tariff To adjust this he had to of seen the configuration.
