The installation of my Solahart system was a pleasant experience. Bunty called me before leaving Bundaberg to ensure it was still convenient for the install could go ahead. The installation team arrived punctually and introduced themselves before commencing work. I was included in decisions such as the positioning of truck for lifting, and most effective location of unit on roof. The install team answered all of my questions in a polite and respectful manner. The install was conducted in an efficient manner and great care was taken to not damage infrastructure and grounds. Before leaving, Bunty checked that the team had completed all required tasks and that I was completely satisfied with the install. Well done, and thankyou Solahart!
