We are extremely happy with Solahart Bundaberg. Our solar hot water system started leaking and although the system we wanted was not in stock they arranged for a temporary replacement that was delivered and installed the next day. Luke was always prompt in replying to any questions we had, and their installers were extremely professional, quick and made sure to give us a rundown on the new heater.

Very happy with the service from the team at Solahart Bundaberg. Very professional, prompt and value for money. Highly recommended. My only gripe is with their team leaving cigarette butts on the ground in my yard. I have no issue with people smoking if they wish, but I will not tolerate having to clean up after them. Would appreciate your smokers having a suitable receptacle on their vehicles for their butts and take them off site for disposal when they leave.

We were very happy with Luke. He was professional, easy to talk to and provided us with a good product. The young lady who answered the phone was very delightful and good to chat to. She quickly resolved or answered any of our concerns. We asked the installer to run the hot water directly to the kitchen sink and bypass the tempering valve. This did not happen.

The installation of my Solahart system was a pleasant experience. Bunty called me before leaving Bundaberg to ensure it was still convenient for the install could go ahead. The installation team arrived punctually and introduced themselves before commencing work. I was included in decisions such as the positioning of truck for lifting, and most effective location of unit on roof. The install team answered all of my questions in a polite and respectful manner. The install was conducted in an efficient manner and great care was taken to not damage infrastructure and grounds. Before leaving, Bunty checked that the team had completed all required tasks and that I was completely satisfied with the install. Well done, and thankyou Solahart!
